When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject and message to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Page-level audience measurement
We count page visits using the page path, time, referring hostname and broad device category. These analytics records contain no browser visitor identifier, session identifier, raw IP address, full referring URL or query string. Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage. We honor the browser Do Not Track signal.
Essential storage and security
Your chosen theme is stored in your browser. Administrator sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie. Infrastructure services may process connection information and security logs to operate and protect the platform.
Retention
Raw page-view records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Contact messages and sent-email records are retained until the operator reviews and removes them. Expired sessions and temporary abuse-control records are removed by scheduled maintenance.
External services
The backend requests basketball information from NBA endpoints. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are active in this initial version. New providers require a policy update and any necessary consent configuration before activation.
Your choices
We honor the browser Do Not Track signal for page-level measurement. To request access, correction or deletion of information you provided through the contact form, contact us with enough context to locate the record.
Operator information
The operator identity, privacy contact and applicable jurisdiction must be completed before public launch. This document is a working policy draft and requires review against the actual service configuration.
